Hello,

I met next bug, which is connected with view menu. Also here cant give you clearly reproduction scenario because it starts happen when animation gets complicated and is doing several hours constantly.

  1. Open Spine v 3.5.43
  2. Build meshes on graphics
  3. Start make long and complicated animation
  4. Check animation on time line and look on the View mode under the eye icon in the "Tree" menu.

Bug: It happens that Spine doesnt save if picture is visible or not. Sometimes it shows that picture is visible but in fact it isnt and after click on white dot (which mean that picture is visible) it refreshes and stays grey again.
Almost always it happens when I copy and paste key frames with images between animations or in the time line.

I understand that you need good and proffesional scenario but understand also that I have my own job where I use Spine to work. Spine Proffesional was bought and should get support also in the searching bugs which were reported. I report you what happened and your software testers should search for good and detailed scenario.
I cant imagine situation when for example game developer sells game for players, a lot of things doesnt work in this game and developer says:
"Dear players, find and make bug scenarios and we will repair this game for you, if not, you have to play with bugs in the game which you bought".
I can understand that you need scenarios but me or other users dont work for you to find bugs and give you detailed scenarios, especially that version 3.5.43 isnt beta.
Meaby slow down with giving new options and versions to the Spine and focus on bugs and software problems if you cant do both as effectively?

Best regards,

Wed

We do testing continuously, you are right that isn't your responsibility as a customer. However, when you encounter a problem we haven't seen, we ask for how to reproduce the problem so we can fix it. If you can't provide that, that's OK, but unfortunately it may take longer before we can encounter the problem ourselves so it can be fixed.

Software is complex and there will always be bugs to be found. If someone says otherwise, it just means they aren't looking hard enough. I'm sorry you are encountering bugs, but know we are dedicated to finding and fixing them.

It isn't clear exactly what you see as being incorrect in the tree. Is the attachment visibility correct in the viewport but the visibility dots in the tree are incorrect?

I see you have filtered your tree view. Can you show what filters you are using? Does removing the filters to show everything affect the bug you see?

Thank you for response. I understand that you need as many informations as possible. I gave you all I find and checked but still it isnt easy to remember all steps after a few days working with one animation :S

I screened up well working bar to be sure that I we are talking about the same place. When it get bugged, visually looks very similar but simply dot shines (which mean that graphic should be visible) but in fact it doesnt. After click dot again, image still is unvisible but dot stops shine. After next click, dot shines and graphic gets visible - like it should be.
Filters I used there was meshes + images filter only
