thanks for the response,
and I'm not sure what happened, its really weird I think. I checked here and I didn't install any new software in this time.
I tried to change the version and remove the folder, but none of them worked,
one thing that I did that sort of make the Spine work was to run the "launcher-full.jar" from inside the app.
