My company is creating a mobile application for a large client.
We would like to use Spine but are unsure of the licensing costs.
Both my company and the client company have annual gross income over $500k.
The client company will be responsible for distribution of the finished product that we deliver to them.
We want to use the Unity Runtime.
What is concerning to us is the clause that makes it seem like either us or the client must maintain a Spine Enterprise license for the life of the application, which is hopefully many years.
What license does my company need, and what license does the client need if any?
