@Harald Thank you for the quick fix, and sorry for the delayed response — I wanted to test everything thoroughly before replying.
I can confirm that the issue where animations were inheriting keys from the previous animation appears to be fixed. However, we are now seeing a different problem affecting animation mixing on other animations.
I attached an example showing transitions between Idle and Walk for both the front and side skins in Spine 4.3, Spine 4.2, and Unity.
As you can see, the transitions have lost their smoothness and are ending abruptly. On the side skins, the arm is often thrown forward during the transition, while on the front skin the knee sometimes jumps sideways.
We tried adding additional keys to fix this, but if we export with the “Clean Up” option enabled, those keys are removed and the issue remains in-game.
We are also concerned that we may not yet know how many animations across our other characters are affected, as we have around 40 characters in the project.
