spine 4.2.09 download error

I was working on my unfinished project on version 4.2.09, but then I had to change the hdd, but when I entered the key and reloaded spine, version 4.2.09 told me I couldn't. downloadable because they do not exist '' sorry , spine was unable to download a required update the requested update version does not exist '' please help me

There is no 4.2.09 version yet, but you probably mean 4.2.09-beta. You can specify this version by clicking Other... in the launcher version select box:

You should generally use the latest version for the major.minor version you choose. Since you are using 4.2 you should use the latest 4.2.xx version, especially during a beta, as bugs are being fixed rapidly (multiple releases each day).
