Separate timeline errors in latest Editor versions

Hi, I'm facing an issue when opening my spine project, the editor shows some errors and some of my TranslateX/Y keyframes are being removed, which breaks my run animation:

Opening the project up to version 4.0.30 works fine, but starting 4.0.31 and upward I get those error messages. Specifically these are the TranslateX/Y keyframes from my run animation that are being removed:

Is there something I did wrong in my project?

Due to a bug in a previous version of Spine, your leg-up-front bone does not have Separate: Translate checked for the run animation, yet it has separate X and Y timelines. We fixed the bug and added code to fix up the project, but I can see it doesn't work right when a bone has more than one separate property (your bone also has scale separated). We've fixed that in 4.0.37, where you project will work fine.
