Can't use keyboard on editor 3.4.02

【Current situation】

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
spine editor 3.4.02
└Editor language : English

【Problem】
Can't use following shortcut

command + c
command + v
z, x, c, v, q, e, space bar... (all spine shortcut)

【Strange thing】

save, quit shortcut is working (command + s, command + q)

【Question】
Is there way to use keyboard shortcut in 3.4.02 on Mac?

3.4.02 is more than 5 years old. You should definitely update to a more recent version!

It looks better to prepare Windows machine.
(Keyboard is working in spine 3.4.02 on Windows machine.)

There is no way to upgrade spine version, because of client's request.

Ah, I see. Unfortunately it may be a bug in 3.4.02. It could also be that Apple has made changes to macOS since then and broke Spine's processing of keyboard input.

You might try 3.5.51 and see if the JSON exports are compatible with 3.4. I don't remember if they are, but you might get lucky. The binary exports will be incompatible but there's a small change the JSON from 3.5 will work with the 3.4 runtimes. That's not usually recommended of course.
