jacobszlek schriebit turns out that the sprites in the setup mode have to look the same as in the 1st frame of an animation.
why? perhaps there's a solution for this if you can explain 🙂
jacobszlek schriebThe only thing that comes to my mind is to copy all the values from the 1st frame and paste them in the setup mode, but that seems like a hustle.
If you're determined to do that, then yes this is a way. You can select all the bones in animate mode in the viewport while in wolrd axis, then switch to setup mode and paste the transforms:

jacobszlek schrieb And I hope that my animation won't change if I do some changes in the setup mode.
Unfortunately, all the animations are relative to the setup pose, so they will all change because of that. You'll need to counter the changes you apply.
The key adjust button in the dopesheet is a blessing in this regard: Dopesheet - Spine User Guide: Key Adjust it will definitely make the process faster.
Still, it is going to be a lenghty process if you have many aniamtions and many bones. But as I mentioned in the beginning, perhaps it could be avoided completely.
