Luei Hi, I'm using 3.8.99 version, and the undo hotkey (Ctl+z) is not working. After changing my undo hotkey to other key (such as 1), it works. Not sure what is happening. Anyone encounter the same problem?
Nate What keyboard layout do you use? What OS are you using? On macOS if you are not using QWERTY you can set a different keyboard layout in the settings.
Luei Hi Nate, I'm using win10. The layout is QWERTY keyboard. It seems like every hotkey with ctl is missing. I can't copy and paste(Ctl+C/Ctl_V) , save file either...(Ctl+S)
Nate Wow, that's very strange. 3.8.99 has been out a long time and we haven't seen other reports of this. I guess you've restarted Spine since you tried other hotkeys. Can you try pressing ctrl, alt, and shift on both sides of your keyboard? Sometimes a key can get stuck as being down, so pressing it fixes the state. Maybe reboot the computer? If it still has a problem then I'm at a loss. Could there be other software interfering with Spine? Something that installs global hotkeys? Does ctrl+Z or ctrl+S work in other programs? Is it a laptop? Some laptops have weird "Fn" or function modes that change what keys do.
Luei Hi, I have solved this issue. It was caused by WIN10 update which is related to a new version of Chinese IME. After changing my IME to older version, it works.
Nate Ah, glad you figured it out! Thanks for letting us know. I would never have guessed it would be an IME problem.
