How to find tracks and use them in Spine 3.4.02?

I've spent a lot of time trying to find needed answers. I can't find tracks in 3.4.02 (I can in newer versions by pressing Alt+R)so I assume that there are no tracks in this version. Tell me if I'm right ,please. If I'm wrong, help me find tracks, please.

You mean the Preview view? It was added in 3.6.22:
Spine: Changelog: v3.6.22 beta

You could use the Skeleton Viewer to do the same. It doesn't update in real time as you animate of course, but it reloads the JSON/binary data files if they change so you can use ctrl+shift+E to repeat the last export and see the animations in Skeleton Viewer.

I suggest running the latest version of Spine though.

Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, I have to use v3.4.02 because GMS2 does not support the latest versions of Spine.

GMS2 is supposed to support Spine 3.7:

Though people on the GMS forums say some features don't work. 🙁
