Duplicating the same animation with their assets

I've looked in the forums concerning this but everything I've read isn't dealing with my issue.
Here's my question:
What if I want to animate a Centipede but don't want to animate all his other legs again and again? I'd like to just take 2 legs, animate them, then duplicate them across his body, done. Is that possible without having to remesh and rebone each extra leg?

Hello, sure you can do this!
I suggest parenting both legs to a bone, so that you can just duplicate the bone and the keys, then just move the bone to have it set.
Don't forget you can use the offset button to get that nice progressive wave of motion effect:
