Hello there, quick question.
Almost certainly I think this is a no, but I'll ask anyway, just to make sure. 🙂
I have my awesome Spine animation. It's a dude in a Street Fighter II Ryu/Ken style pose, waiting to fight.
I have the guy in the main window but I also want to have the guy's face and neck in the UI at the UI, just showing his face and surrounding area.
Right now I'm using RenderToTexture with a separate camera so I can move the area of the spine animation offscreen of the camera. That works fine but just wondering if there is a "RectMask2D" kind of feature available in Spine as doing this with multiple camera and render to Textures is going to be really slow.
Back in the old days of Unity3 and NGUI I would have had a UIPanel and put an object in it and used the mask feature of that, but in Unity5 UI I can't rely on that.
Any tips or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙂
